Cancellation Policy

At Rainbow Mandala Clinic, we are committed to providing timely access to our clinical team to support our valued patients.

To maintain this commitment, we ask that patients adhere to their appointment schedules. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Initial Appointments: If an initial appointment is cancelled twice, a 50% deposit will be required at the time of rebooking.
• Review Appointments: If a review appointment is cancelled twice, a 50% deposit will be required at the time of rebooking.
• Appointment Commitment: Failure to meet appointment requirements may result in the postponement of future appointments. Our current waiting list is approximately 6 months.
