Dr Lewis has over 27 years experience as a Psychiatrist in public health psychiatric health

teams in the UK, South Africa and Australia.

Dr Lewis started his medical career working in trauma and acute settings in the South African townships during the periods of civil unrest and consequently has an in-depth clinical understanding of Trauma .

Dr Lewis spent 12 years as a front line psychiatrist working in rural, acute and crisis teams and on 

psychiatric intensive care and forensic wards.

Dr Lewis has held positions of Director of Clinical Services in Canberra and Clinical Director in the U.K. national health service. 

Dr Lewis is the psychiatric lead in the crisis team at Canberra Hospital.

Phil has 16 years clinical experience in assessment & diagnosis of adult mental health disorders. Phil started his career in the UK National Health Service and has worked in clinical settings of Addictions, Older Adults, Anger Management for Oppositional Defiant Disorder and Conduct Disorders and spent 5 years as a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist supporting clients with anxiety and mood disorders and undiagnosed ADHD.

Phil has extensive clinical experience in clinical assessments of ADHD and AuDHD in Adults

and clinical assessments of co-occurring disorders of Trauma, Anxiety & Mood Disorder.

Phil embraces a trauma informed and neurodiverse affirmative approach to his clinical assessments and has a deep understanding of how undiagnosed Neurodiverse presentations can lead to psychological trauma.

Phil is an Accredited Social Work Practitioner and Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, and trained in Psychology.

Phil has extensive clinical experience in clinical assessments for adult  ADHD, stimulant medications and behavioural modification approaches for adult ADHD.

Phil wrote his Master's degree dissertation on the Under Diagnosis of ADHD in Women, gifting him with deep understanding of how ADHD and AuDHD presents in adult females throughout their lives.

As a gender and queer affirming practitioner, Phil brings significant experience in neurodiverse-affirming clinical assessments.

Phil trained in Psychotherapy & Counselling in London, and embraces a holistic person centred approach during his clinical assessments. Phil embraces a neuroaffirmative approach to his clinical assessments and encourages clients to embrace and celebrate their neurodiversity within the session. This may take the form of breaks, moving around, and any behaviours that help clients stay focused or reduce anxiety.

Dr Sonia Res is a GP Mental Health Specialist with over 20 years clinical experience in managing patients with complex chronic conditions in Canberra. Dr Res has extensive clinical experience is supporting Adult clients with Neurodiverse presentations and medication optimisation.

Dr Res has been especially passionate about focusing on ADHD & complex mental health, preventative health and women’s health issues. 

Dr Res has spent the last 6 years working exclusively in the adult mental health care sector,
Canberra, as a GP Staff Specialist in ACT Health Adult Community Psychiatry Outpatient Services & as a GP Mental Health Specialist in the private sector.

Kelly previously held the position of Nurse Consultant on the Acute Psychiatric Facility act Canberra Hospital.

Kelly was the Clinical Lead for the Crisis Team for the ACT region.

Kelly worked for many years as a frontline Psychiatric Nurse in the community psychiatric team

Kelly has extensive clinical experience in assessing trauma, ADHD, general anxiety, depression, OCD, Bipolar Mood disorders and Gender Dysphoria.

Kelly brings a passion for applying a holistic nursing assessment within her clinical practice.

Specialising  in trauma informed medical, psychiatric assessment and treatment and considerable experience in engaging as gender and queer affirming Practitioner.

Kelly is the Nurse Consultant for the Rainbow Mandala Novel Therapies Programme.

Kelly has extensive experience in clinical practice with Clients who are Transitioning and/or present with Gender Dysphoria. 

AHPRA Registered and accredited with the Australian College of Nursing.

Kirsty Gregson I Operational Director 

Rainbow Mandala Clinics and Rainbow Mandala Therapies. 

Kirsty oversees all operational and practice management aspects of the clinic.

This encompasses client satisfaction, clinic compliance with health and safety, nursing, medical, Medicare and PBS regulations and clinical governance, IT, waiting lists and billing.
Kirsty’s 20 years of experience in operational management roles ensures our clinic adheres to professional codes of practice and ethics for Psychiatry, Nursing, Social Work and APHRA.

Elysha Serna | Administration Manager 

Elysha brings 20 years of experience of working in busy healthcare administration teams and provides focused support across script queries, medicare rebate, and pathology queries and liason.

Elysha is the point of contact for all queries through the clinic email, helping clients with all aspects of the clinic administration which means questions related to billing, medicare rebates and appointment changes.
